This hinged diamond and sapphire pendant is made in 18 karat white gold with a diamond bail top. The pendant features a pear shaped blue sapphire with a total weight of 1.21 carats and thirty-nine (39) round brilliant cut diamonds with a total weight of 0.64 carats.

The diamonds are graded F-G in color and VS clarity.
