At Washington Diamond, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. While our return rate is minimal, we offer a hassle-free exchange or refund policy for unworn and undamaged items, subject to certain conditions.
To initiate a return, all returns must be brought back to Washington Diamond within 10 days of receipt of the original purchase. We can easily extend this for you when needed. If the purchase was made online or over the phone, the items must be shipped back to us fully insured through the U.S. Post Office, registered/insured at the customer's expense. All merchandise will be thoroughly inspected to ensure it is free from damage, alterations, or signs of wear.
Once the return is approved, customers will receive a refund for the full amount of the items (excluding original shipping costs). For credit card purchases, the refund will be electronically credited to your account within 7 days of us receiving the return. Other payment methods or refunds issued by Washington Diamond will be processed via corporate check within 7 business days.
Exchanges follow a similar process, with any balance owed refunded within 7 business days. Please note that special-ordered or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.
