Although our return rate is very small, Washington Diamond will happily exchange or refund any unworn and undamaged item in accordance with the restrictions outlined in this section. All returns must be brought back to Washington Diamond within 10 days of receipt of the original purchase.
If the purchase was made online or on the phone, the items must be shipped back and fully insured through the U.S. Post Office, registered/insured at the customer's expense. All merchandise will be inspected and must be free from damage, alterations, or wear.
Customers will receive a refund for the full amount of the items excluding the original shipping expenses. Credit card purchases will be electronically credited from Washington Diamond to your account within 7 days of return receipt. Other payments or refunds by Washington Diamond will be issued by corporate check within 7 business days.
Exchanges will be processed similarly to returns. Any balance owed will be refunded within 7 business days. Items that are special-ordered or that have been altered may not be returned or exchanged.
