We went engagement ring shopping in Manhattan, Greenwich, and DC, but we could not find a jeweler who could achieve what we wanted. Then we met Tom, the owner, who was so kind, knowledgeable, supportive, and just a lovely person. He said their master goldsmith could make the ring I dreamed of, and they would continue to work on it until I was 100% happy with it. That wasn't necessary as it was absolutely perfect!
That experience alone would have warranted five stars, but what makes Washington Diamond our forever jeweler is the tremendous support we received when my diamond cracked years later, and they worked with my insurance to find an amazing replacement. It was not easy to find a comparable stone, but they handled everything, and made what was an initially devastating situation into just another step in my ring journey. They handled everything with my insurance, and I got a new ring that I love possibly even more.
We've gotten our wedding rings with them and will definitely turn to them for all our jewelry purchases in the future. We cannot recommend Washington Diamond more!
